Does anyone have a measurement on how far that wheel cover flew during one of the sprint heats? That had to be at least 100 yards. I believe it may have sailed over the pit area. That was unreal!!

Kuhn led all 30 lap and won the Midget Feature. Kuhn and Hines tie for Midget week points co champions. Kuhn lost a cylinder with about 4 to go and it was a great finish. Great job Brad Kuhn and all the drivers it was a great race, and a super Midget week 5 races and 5 winners.

I saw that thing go flying and think it cleared the pits also. There were several people sitting next to me that saw it also. Can you imagine what would have happened if it got in the stands? Unreal!

Has Darland switched USAC sprint car rides & just driving the Goodnight car for local shows or is he still with the Kuntz team?
