Dean, I walked up to ask you this a couple of times over the weekend, but you were always involved with others around you.

How soon until you'll have this on DVD for sale?

Hopefully within the next couple of weeks. It was a great day/night of racing and I can't wait to put it together and get it out there...Thanks for your inquiry.

Dean, Thanks for the links to the speed highlights. They certainly do not compare to your highlights, any time frame when they might be up on your site?

Thanks

Dean,

Since you seem to respond to posts on IOW, I will try this! I've left multiple emails (AT THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS) and even talked with you in person about a defective DVD I purchased back in October. The video is the USAC vs. POWRi Midget & Micro race @ Macon. It took 2 month for this DVD to arrive and it didn't work. Now 2 months later (in the "off" season), still no replies or replacement. ***!

Jason,

There's a good chance it's not necessarily defective, it just doesn't work in YOUR machine. Chances are it would work fine in 9 out of 10 DVD players. Burned DVDs are only 95% compliant with all DVD player models out there, and periodically you will get a certain brand of DVD that refuses to play in a certain brand of DVD player, or it will have no sound, or it will have only one channel of sound, or it will stop 3/4 of the way through the production, etc., etc., etc...However, I guarantee all my work. My policy on this is for the customer to return it to me and I will replace it free of charge. I am in California right now tending to an ill family member on the weekdays and working on the weekends. I will be out here for the next two weeks, but will be home after the 4th of March, and will handle it then. I will even give you a little something extra for the hassle when I do.

Sorry for the delays. Any further questions, feel free to call me at (317) 508 - 0655, or send a private message to me. Please do not use this forum to further this discourse. Thanks. Sincerely,

Dean Mills

Thank You Dean!

I did try it in several players with the same exact results. Half of the video did play. I have a degree in electronics and understand a little about how DVD/CD readers work. The problem was with defective areas (or bubbles) in the media lining of the disc. This could happen when applying a label or writing on it. I'm not blaming you. I know it was just a bad disc.

Anyway, sorry for having to post here. I just didn't know how else to get your attention. I will PM or Call you in the future.:thumb
