I mean that it says Thursday prelim. Sammy crashes with 2 to go in the Thursday prelim. why does the video stop? pretty self explanatory i thought?

There was no crash. The race is over when the man in the white pants in the infield waves the flag with the black and white checks on it. You just have to look closely to see him do it.
