Alex,
Who ended up winning the awards at the banquet (rookie of the year, most improved driver, showmanship, etc.)?

Sandy,
If memory serves me right, Brandon Tweedy received the rookie of the year award. Doug Rowland was most improved driver and Michael Koontz recevied the showmanship award.
Hope that helps.

Thanks. Do you remember any of the other awards? I think they also have a mechanic of the year, sportsmanship, presidents award & semi feature champion.

Other awards that I recall were:
Mechanic of the year: Jim Weir
Sportsmanship award: John Shewbrooks
President's award: Larry Linville
Board of Director's awards:
John Schmidt & Susan Keim of the Dutch Mill Buffet
Alex Wolf
Ryan Seybold
John Shewbrooks
There wasn't a semi feature champion.
There may have been more, but I don't remember them, and I have left out the obvious ones like points champion and owner points champion that had been announced elsewhere.

Looking GOOD, lots of good tracks and as always running both dirt and pavement. Can't wait to see the TBA's (bet a couple more pavement shows). Should be an great season!
