That looks to be from 1993. First full season for Haud in the Pennzoil car. Outlaw rookie Greg Hodnett is in the 4a and I believe that is Gary Cameron in the 3c. Sounds like Jack Miller is announcing.

Best part was the first lap when one car actually got alongside and passed another car. Amazing! Might as well sit in a lawn chair next to a freeway and watch the cars go by. Great track however!
