This helmet is a flat black Impact helmet with a gold-leaf star that Dave wore for the 2008/2009 season. The gold-leaf star is a signature trademark of Dave’s! We are auctioning off this helmet to help as a fundraiser for our daughter Destiny to travel to London with the All-American Cheerleading Team! She will be leaving December 26th and will be performing in the London’s New Years Day parade along with other cheerleaders from the United States. She is one of the few chosen from among many of the varsity cheerleaders that attended the Purdue Cheerleading Camp this past summer. She is a Senior in High School and we feel that this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for her. We have only auctioned off 1 other helmet of Dave’s in the past! We have been approached by many people and businesses wishing to buy this helmet but we want everyone to have the same opportunity to purchase it. We will have pictures of Dave signing the helmet to verify authenticity! This helmet is Dave’s favorite helmet and has many significant memories to him.
