The powers that be at Badger have scheduled a two day indoor midget event at the Amsoil Sandbox Arena in New Richmond, WI for Mar. 29-30. Just under 100 miles from world famous Hayward! It is a 1/4 mile dirt track! A real chance to get a racing fix early this year.:thumb:

I'll request it off work now!! Also I am going to the Chili Bowl next year! As soon as I find out the definite date I will request it off!! My sister was suppose to go this year but her plans fell through so next year we will go together! (Hopefully!) Have you ever been to the Chili Bowl?

Seriously, Susan I won't be going to New Richmond. It is an 1100 mile round trip for me. Now if you want to call me with updates I will be glad to post them on IOW. That is unless the update "Super Team" of Marty & Fred are doing them!

If anyone wants to get any info or check this place out you can go on www.cedarlakespeedway.com to read the press release. The site for the arena itself is www.sandboxarena.com Sorry i don't know how to post the links until somebody helps me. I wonder who will show up for this deal?

Darn! Oh well! We will meet up this summer I'm sure! Hopefully I can sit with you at the Bob Darland Memorial like the last one. I don't have a cell phone but I wouldn't doubt if Marty and Fred do updates! They are great that way!!!:applaud::greenflag:

The tickets seem a bit pricey though don't they? $25 per day in advance, $30 per day at the door.
