I wanted to share a story that most would never know. Russ Harper and team were on their way to the races tonight when their truck broke down on 75. They have a 5th wheel trailer and the Phillips were nice enough to unhook their trailer in the pits, lent there truck to them so they could go get their stuff and go racing tonight. Russ made it in time for hot laps (barely) made the show and finished 11th. Which is a lot better than sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow, sitting in lawn chairs under a shade tree and drinking some beer a little early. That is Racers helping Racers. Congrats to the entire Phillips crew and to the Puterbaugh family for another win tonight. Super nice people ...........

That's great to know, it's so often missed that the competition on the track isn't always the final say so. There's so much behind the scenes that most fans don't realize. The Phillip's are a true testament to what makes the family of racing, just that, a great group of people!!

Just goes to show you how close our racing families really are. The Phillip's are great people and I have learned alot from Steve each week in the pits. Thanks for the opportunity and for letting me help. Great job Billy and the entire team!

I just want to say thanks to Steve and Robbie for helping us out. As much as I enjoy a cold beverage being at the races was alot better. Now we just have to figure out how to get everything back to Indy. So if there is anyone with a 5th wheel capable dually that is interested in a nice Sunday drive to p-ville let me know. And thanks again to all who helped us get to the track.
