First and foremost, we want to thank you all for your patience. We know that when the South Bend Motor Speedway was placed for sale a lot of fans, drivers, and crews had so many mixed emotions and we truly apologize for that however plans have changed.

Next we would like to thank Vern and Marinel for all the time, effort and support they have put into the South Bend Motor Speedway. Vern has decided after 7 long years of being the co-owner of the South Bend Motor Speedway to step away and pursue other adventures.
He will now focus more on that as he steps away from the ownership side of the South Bend Motor Speedway.

We cannot thank Vern enough for his dedication the past 7 seasons and he as well as Marinel will truly be missed.

Kevin and Brandy have spent countless hours talking about the future of the South Bend Motor Speedway, talked with potential buyers, and have at this time decided that keeping the track was in the best interest, not only for the sport but for the South Bend Motor Speedway as well.

The South Bend Motor Speedway 2023 schedule is now released and includes both race nights and nights of destruction in 2023. You will notice a shorter schedule to accommodate fans and drivers. As much as we love weekly racing with the current state of our world it's not possible at this time. We certainly look forward to a better time when we can go back to a full schedule.

We look forward to continuing with the success and traditions that have made the South Bend Motor Speedway what it has become the past seven seasons.
