Here in the Dayton area, the price of gas jump twenty four cents a gallon today. Stations closed today have prices at $1.51 and those right next door with their doors open at $1.75.
I wondered how after the ******** it would take for the prices to shoot back up. Now I know. Jim Morrison |

Jim, the news is yet to reach Shelbyville, IN. Tuesday I helped my son move up there and topped off there at $1.58 a gallon. He texted my son-in-law today that it was $1.50 a gallon. He said, make sure that Dad hears this. :headbang

It's up to $1.75 here in the Redbud city this morning, greeting all the early shoppers and us poor slobs who have to work.:O:

Well here in NC I would LOVE to pay 1.71!!! The cheapest gas i've gotten is 1.78. So be happy you don't live here and pay what we do for gas!!!!
Just a couple months ago I was paying $4.10. I went from filling up my tank for $45 to $20 so i'm not complaining!!! |

NC gas, at least near Asheville, is usually higher than here, no matter what.

Most of the stations here in TH went up to $1.75, yesterday. A few are still at $1.59. Wednesday I paid $1.35, on the South side of St. Louis. At the time, I was wondering if this would be the cheapest I ever saw gas again.
