I can think of nothing that would probably please him more than to get his instructions from this year's USAC Sprint and Silver Crown Champ Jerry Coons, Jr.

BENIC/COONS Announce driving school

USAC National Champions, Jerry Coons Jr and Scott Benic, announced the beginning of a new venture together. An open wheel driving school to include midgets and sprint cars. The school will range from chassis clinics to a wide range of on track classes. Whether you want to use your car, a school car, or have Scott and Jerry come work with you one on one at your test. “I am very excited to start this project with Scott. He is extremely knowledgeable and we have worked very well together on the Silver Crown car. He can watch a car, see what its doing and what it needs better than anyone I’ve ever seen.” Scott is looking forward to adding another facet to Benic Enterprises, which currently consists of a fab shop, full speed shop, car maintenance, as well as being a dealer for Maxim Chassis. “This ties in well with my business. And Jerry is very good working with drivers. He can see where a driver needs to improve and can communicate it in a way that they really understand.” For more information contact Scott at (765) 948-5758 or Jerry at (520) 907-1006

Ditto!

Your in great hands with Benic and Coons new driving school and there right in Indiana.

There are some other great schools around too, in California you have both Jimmy Seals and Cory Kruseman.

So being right here in Indiana I would rank Benic and Coons 1st, Cory Kruseman 2nd, and Jimmy Seals 3rd ( sorry jimmy, it's only because I haven't worked with you but I have heard very great things about you too!) Jimmy Seals I think is more winged sprints.

I've worked with both Scott Benic and Cory Kruseman and they're both awesome and will save you lots of time and show you the ropes. Nice people!

Good luck to the new venture!
