right rear wheel measurements (Dirt Sprint)

I have a spare RR wheel in 5" x 18" and have heard that 18" wide wheels are rarely used. Is this the case and why?

When racing season resumes we plan on running primarily 1/4 and 3/8 mile tracks.

Definitely use it! Nothing wrong with it, at all! I Used 18" wide RRs with Medium Right Rears, many times & ran well!
