Many teams raced with Jason or against his fathers current team and know they are the epitome of a family and friends weekend racing team.
Jason trekked out during one of his last furlough's from fighting Leukemia and raced with groups like BOSS, MSCS and several tracks like LPS, Waynesfield, Bloomington, Atomic, THAT and others
I can't sum up all the good things that could be said about Jason, But you rarely saw him without a smile on his face, and/or putting a smile on others. He was a fabricator, Musician, Racer, Son, Father, Husband and friend to many.
Racing wise, they almost always started behind the eight ball, But by nights end they were often cracking the top five.
After losing Jason In Dec 2013 A race was created to honor his memory at Lawrenceburg.
I don't think Jason would like anything more than family's and friends, Racing at the Burg and having a good time. Something he managed to do, even while fighting a brutal form of Cword.
