My guess is that TSR has moved up to the new "Water Tunnel" testing program, giving better data than a mere "wind tunnel".

Looks a little like what happened to Mellenberndt after that nasty tumble a while back. The video was circling around on here somewhere. He flipped out of the park and came to rest in an are that they looked to be doing some excavating and it had taken on a lot of water where they were digging.
