Under humid skies and a threat of rain, the World of Outlaws Late Model Series visited Winchester Speedway in northern Virginia for a race that was rescheduled from a date that was washed out back in May. With 30 cars on hand, the packed house was treated to top-notch racing from the Late Models, as well as the supporting local divisions of Pure Stocks and U-Cars.
