Currently Wilke Racing has over 134 USAC National Victories, over 250 total feature wins, including 3 Indianapolis 500 victories, six USAC champ car titles, 4 USAC National Midget Titles, and a list of the best drivers in open wheel history.

Wilke Racing is currently compiling all the history of its over 70+ years of racing, and will be publishing a book to come out this summer. If you have any history or know of a missed victory or driver on our list please E-Mail us! Record keeping was thin in the early years and we hope we don't over look any one!

WOW. They have had both Parnelli Jones AND Dominic Dobson as drivers. Talk about a dream team.

All kidding aside; that is a cool site and I think it's great that you guys are giving a documented history of Wilke Leader Card Racing. The Wilke family races much like the sun comes up. You just expect it because it always happens.

At the new 500 Grill and the Airport, they have famous numbers painted on the floor and one of the Wilke numbers are included.

Looks like lots of hard work and dedication to business used to work pretty good before these days of bailouts.
