I just got done watching an old episode of M*A*S*H* and this question has been bothering me for years. At one time was there actually a Triple A high school diploma company of Delavan Indiana?

Radar was from Iowa so why would he be taking the test from Delavan Indiana? By the way, where is Delavan?
