Looking at the closer view of the radar, theres a purple turbulence in there. Looks like a NASTY storm.

I'm 1.3 miles from the Lawrenceburg Speedway and we had a brief, very light (<.1" in my rain gauge), shower move through at 2:00 p.m. Now, at 2:30 p.m. the sun is shining and all looks clear to the southwest, which is the direction from which we normally get our weather.

The WLW-T Power of 5 Radar Network (Cincinnati) showed a chance of rain at 2:00, but no more until 5:00 a.m. tomorrow morning.

Take it for what it's worth, but I'd say we're gonna race. That being the case, I must be off.

The first storm went north, the next storm is travelling northeast also. If anything we may get one more short shower (per the radar right now) and remember the Burg has gravelled pits. Things will be fine and bring on some good racing! Oh yeah, I hear there might be a bikini contest also. Hope to see everyone at the Burg tonight!
