The A.M.S.A. Lightning Mini Sprints will be at the Twin City Raceway on Saturday June 9th. Hope all the 1000cc Mini sprints will join us for a fun night at the track.

amsa lets the 1200 run with 1000 i think you have to weigh
a little more than the 1000 cars

From the AMSA Website:

TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
Motor
The motor must be a 4-cycle motorcycle engine with 1205cc maximum

Car and Driver Weight
The weight of the car at the conclusion of any race must meet one of the following requirements:
 Stock 1000cc--stock, bore, and stroke on GAS must be a minimum of 900 lbs car and driver.
 Stock 1000cc--stock, bore, and stroke on ALCOHOL must be a minimum of 940 lbs car and driver.
 Anything else up to 1205 must weigh a minimum of 1040 lbs car and driver.

The bigger question is do you set up for Twin Cities just to have the race cancelled. Not a high level of confidence at this point with this track.
