MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. – May 20, 2013 – Kraig Kinser dominated the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series on Monday night at Orange County Fair Speedway to earn his first victory of the season and the first win of his career at Orange County.

Kinser navigated through lapped traffic down the stretch while Chad Kemenah held off Tony Stewart, Paul McMahan and Donny Schatz in the top five.
