The guard rail doesn't look like DuQuoin, Indy, or Springfield. Was this taken at Syracuse?

My dad had this same pic along with many others, including ones of his cars for the Indy 500. He and Mike were good Friends. I was a kid during those day's and only met him 1 or 2 times.

A Lot Of Cars Run Ribs On The Front! If It Got Black Slick They Put On The Rain Tires On Rt Front!
