Looking for some opinions, and I believe participants here have some. The track at IMS is only 1/5 mile, do you expect sprint racing to be good? I know they had an exhibition last year but I wasn’t there. Trying to decide if I should go to IMS or LPS, I won’t do both, unfortunately.

55, if you have never been to the dirt track at the speedway, I recommend going. Of all the scenic backdrops on race tracks across the country, for a race fan there is no more magnificent backdrop than the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It comes with its own set of challenges, parking, cost and so on, but I don’t think you will be disappointed. As far as racing, my thoughts are it will be similar to what we see at Kutztown during Eastern Storm. Or at least I hope it will be that good because it usually turns out to be enjoyable. If you like what you saw there, I think you will be satisfied. Choosing between that and LPS is tough. This weekend we saw how good Putnamville can be, and also the potential for shortcomings. But it’s ISW25, I don’t think you can go wrong either way

Thanks! I volunteer at the Speedway museum, may do a shift that afternoon and stay for the race.
