The "R" word and racing almost always leads to some choice words and angry scowls. But not this weekend.......not for the Bill Gardner Sprintacular. You see, when Bill gave the okay to name a race in his honor, he gave a warning. "I will make it rain on a race named after me. So the forecast of some scattered showers just brings smiles to our faces, reminds of of both Bill and his sense of humor as it has for the past 7 years.
