First off you have no clue of who i may have spoken with since the start of 22. Secondly I didn’t know that being a paying consumer i gave up my option to complain. Six months removed from the event and five months into selling tickets I don’t think i am asking to much for the dates. Some people have certain time frames on when they need to schedule time off. If telling a vendor you are going to call them every day to get info on your product purchase is rude then they need to reassess there customer service.
