Don, Just what is the payout for the Powri series? I agree with your pay structure point of view. It's always been my belief that when running a special touring series, sometimes a top heavy payout has been beneficial to bring in a few more cars because everyone including myself has said " whats it pay to win". But the fact is this series has quite a few committed racers and ones that are capable of putting on a very good show by themselves so why not take care of everyone a little more. Most of the time those who win the big money arent exactly the ones who are short on funds anyhow.
also, what does it cost per night as far as the entry fees, average pit pass and etc.
