Depending on where you run, the 4.11 is what is needed to achieve the proper gear set without having to turn the gears upside down. The 4:86 is used on the shorter tracks to achieve a more 1 to 1 gear ratio decreasing the gear split and decreasing horsepower loss through the drivetrain.
Either work fine with the 4:11 a little more versitile, but I would be surprised to hear someone say they could "feel" a big difference between the two. Maybe I'm wrong about it.
