Finally....
when USAC first announced the Western States pavement series 9 or 10 years ago, I never undestood why the engines were limited to 360 cubic inches when there were literally a ton of 410's out there just sitting in garages. The teams that wanted to race with USAC had to either buy a new motor or get a 410 reworked to meet the 360 rules.....and the difference between the 410 and 360 really showed at a combo show held at Pike Peak back in 2003.....
