You can go to that trouble, if you want to, but in my opinion, if you use a good upper lube, I'd recommend Klotz, be careful of your fuel, a bad batch will haunt you all season, ck it before you buy it, if your unsure, and you shouldn't have any troubles. I usually just disconnect the line, from the pump, to the barrel valve, open the barrel valve, and blow compressed air thru it, then put in about one ounce of Marvel Mystery oil, and repeat, blow it thru, and you should be good to go. Look back on this thread, and you'll see what some folks do. The white lining you get in the lines, will be there everytime that line is dry, that's why it's my contention, to keep it wet with good fuel, and it's worked for me for many, many years. Buying and getting good fuel doesn't hurt, either. Bob
