Some good drivers in that list. I might have been at that race but I was only 4 yrs old so I was probably pretend racing in the dirt somewhere near the stands. I remember going to Lawrenceburg many times when I was little. Nice to see Dad won the 2nd heat not too well in the feature though. I think that was the 1st year for the yellow big block #22. They had problems getting that car to hook up until it got upside down and over the fence at Haubstadt one night. My Dad was telling me that after that the car was just hooked up every time, the chassis got tweaked a little.

That's very likely, he won a lot of races back then and I seem to remember him driving a 44.
