I think if there's even the slightest chance this race will be back next year, tonight would be the night to get out and support it. No matter how horrible the track is, how dragged out the show is, if you want another major winter racing event, you need to support them, so they even make an attempt to come back and do better next year.
If it sucks next year, well....
