I would agree that 65% of the lower half at the RCA Dome was full of spectators. That might be a little on the high side, but not much. The Rumble In The Dome was a fun event for many years, but lost slowly faded away. I remember some very nasty weather in our trips to that race.
I don't see anything changing with Lucas Oil Stadium. They will have the same events that the RCA Dome had, I'd guess. Monster Jam and AMA Supercross both bring in huge crowds and have done this for quite awhile.

It is just like all the other tracks. The promoter get greedy and add abunch of extra classes that most people do not want to see and the crowd goes down the tube.
