With that line of thinking, this country is screwed too. There is ways to fix it, but it can't be fixed over night. They are already doing this with micro sprint organizations, by saying that in 2010 you have to have this, and by 2012 it has to be this, in order to get rid, use up, or blow up your current stuff. That's the fairest way to do it, and it IS possible, as long as people WANT to do it. Personally, midgets is my favorite type of open wheel racing, and to see it in the shape it is in really sucks. Something has to be done with it, and it's gotta become more affordable. Midgets were always a grassroots deal, and now if you want to show off that you have money, you race a midget.
