I like all you guys with your smart a$$ coments, but since it has to be explained to you like a 1st grader here goes.

Somebody on the crew has to grind em up. And you all know your putting new ones on every other race if not every race because I am usually there in the pits watchchig you do it. Your sipping them to death to get them to bite and most eveybody is grooving them too. There ya go, now who does this on your team? Your driver? In my case yes, its me that has to do it because its hard enough to find people to take to the track and help on the regular things, let alone had a guy a 8" grinder and ask him to work his but off on that junk tire.
