Makes sense to me, I don't feel it would be "thinning" anything, the fan base knows where both tracks are, and really, both are fairly easy on equipment, and like all dirt tracks, in Indiana, do sometimes offer more than one groove. I thought the cold, wet, Spring race there, went well, considering the amount of water that Mother Nature decided we needed, and to be honest, that was about it for the year. Bob
As much as I love Twin Cities I honestly think that running there is a major accident waiting to happen. The track conditions the last couple of sprint shows left a lot to be desired with pretty large holes developing around the track. The main thing that would worry me driving there is what is left of the catch fence. As most seen with Levi Jones going through the fence at the USAC show last year (I think it was last year) the current fence is on it's last legs and offers hardly any protection to keep cars from exiting the track.
Either Brownstown or Twin Cities (if improvements were made) would be great for a Sunday show a couple times a month.
