repair some solar panels, that were worth millions of dollars to the US
government.

As this job comes to an end, each day I see many opportunities to keep
my employment. As each propectus job comes into the picture I send
out 'feelers' that I'm interested. One step at a time, for each job that comes
into view/factory each day, one day at at time, slowly working for that
next job, but remember you got to finish the last one first.

You don't have to beg but keep doin' good work and networking with all
your fellow workers on how to get that job for the factory, which people you
need and how to pull it off with all the right paperwork/union rules and
management beuracracy.

2) As for trying to cover up your A$$. I employ honesty. You can't always
be by the book, but if you are honest with people, with what you
write down on the "Root Cause and Corrective Action, RCCA" paperwork
defining the problem you are trying to cover up, you will find management,
co-workers and quality buying into that line of "KRAP" and goin' down
with ship when it sinks, because we are all in it together, but you
got to write it down and come up the first report on how you are goin' to
solve the problem. You got to orchestrate how all this "KRAP" flows.

You will find more people covering up for you and lying about the situation
in your favor or just forgetting about the problem altogether because you
you kept them informend gave then a good line of "S_it", wrote it down
and road out the storm.
