Yea that was the highlight of the evening. Kenny was there with mom, dad and sis tonight. It was SOOOOOOO great to see him and talk to him. He's doing so much better now. He does still have a ways to go yet..... but he has came so far.
I never did get a dollar count on the silent auction tonight..... i do know there were a lot of items there and it did generate quite a bit.
The racing was great.... the people were even better. I love the friends I have made the last couple years in racing. It makes this old guy feel young again! It's a pleasure to know all of them and to be able to chat with them.
This is the end of the season for me. I MAY be able to make funfest next weekend.... that is still up in the air. Beyond that it looks to be over. Ft Wayne is a possibility..... I will just have to wait and see.
