After the goofy act... David Letterman is one of the smartest men you'll ever meet.
For me personally, it is always funny to see how others complain about rich people not "GIVING BACK".... When someone does something bad....everybody knows about it. When someone does something good... No one knows about it. Heck, it is kinda like this board sometimes... when somebody has something to complain about they post it... and when they don't... They just read.
