I heard the DOT was busting Rigs going to Bloomington last year at the end of the season too.
It doesn't matter if its personal or not if you are pulling a trailer and going to an event and you get paid for this event ( i don't want to hear well what if i missed the show, that doesn't count) then you have to have DOT numbers. Then depending on the size of your vehicle will you need to have a CDL. I know they have been outside of tracks and the horse tracks also and taking notes so they're coming people.
