ANDERSON — A judge determined Friday that an Anderson attorney is free to subpoena a West Coast company’s records about an anonymous Internet forum as part of a libel lawsuit against a pair of its posters.
I'm sure that it could. But if you use common sense when you post, as you and the majority of others do here, you have nothing to worry about. It amounts to accountability for your actions. Something that has been lacking in many areas of society for some time.
