Loved the track, the motel (Embassy Suites), the town, and the people. Gotta get back out there (Perris too) and plans are to do just that as soon as Danny B. retires. Of course, by that time I may be wearing a bib to dinner and watching Golden Girl reruns before my 7:00 p.m. . :wink

I'm with you guys! My job moved the family and I to Chandler, AZ from 1992 to 1998. Never forget the first time at Manzy, thought I was in heaven. Never missed a Copper weekend at PIR and all the Manzy night time action that went with it. The Indy Car weekend and all the Manzy night time action that went with it also. GREAT times. Our house was always stuffed with people from Indiana or California on those weekends. Everyone loved Manzy! I eventually got a lot of laps on the third mile track. Already picked out our retirement community there! :thumb
