I hadn't been to Putnumville in a couple of years. Happen to notice a couple of things while i was there. Dave Allison still doesn't know how to use a weed-eater and had weeds growing up all through the cement stands. Bathrooms still filthy. Officiating shaky at best. Bill Rose was put to the tail of heat race for supposedly "jumping the start" even though it didn't look like a bad start at all. At the end of the heat race Bill stopped at the exit of the track and had a conversation with who i believe is Bob Franklin. That conversation didn't seem to go very well because the next thing i knew Bill Rose's hauler was leaving the track. I don't know if he was kicked out or was so mad he left on his own. I happen to notice during what i believe was a bomber semi-feature a car actually spun out another one deliberately didn't even lose his spot and just got the green flag pointed at him! Track was hard and slick and looked like all they did was dump water on it. Crowd actually looked pretty good. 35-36 sprint cars. I just can't figure out one thing though......why do these cars keep coming back with the way Dave treats these guys?
