It is not about the Burg, it is 100% about USAC. 70 cars in Indiana have a yearly budget of about $50,000. Going up against USAC cars with $500,000 to $1,000,000 budgets is hard. Why go to a race where you WILL NOT WIN.
Why go to a USAC race where you won't get interviewed to show off your sponsors? Why go to a race where the "GOOD OL' BOYS" are treated better. Why go to a race where rules don't apply equally?

Case in point: The Moose team did not go to Eastern Storm because the did not want to spend the funds. They stayed in Indiana and raced one race at Tri-State Speedway which is right next door to where they live. USAC took all of their owners perks away for the rest of the year.
