Interesting that the skating rink you are referring to actually offered more passing for the first three places than Lburg did.

If I was the paying fan, I'd have been happy seeing drivers that were afraid of the Burg and chose the skating rink to put on more passing.
Sadly, I chose to go to Kokomo for night two of the Klash. It was the worst dust storm I'd ever seen at Kokomo. Not sure what happened to their usual track prep. I get it, two shows in two nights. But the paying fans and drivers did not deserve a rock-hard dusty track where you could not see the cars in turns 1 and 2, and sometimes down the front stretch. After the heat races, they drove their water truck around packing the track and adding no water. Huh? Guess they were ready for the season to end.
