Always a problem with tracks that don't get used regularly. They can't take/hold the moisture very well as they aren't being worked in regularly. Similar thing happens at the dirt mile in Springfield IL. Not getting regular work seems to just magnify the problems. Places like that are spectacular when they are right but it's a pretty small window it seems.
