This is Ryan's first year as a promoter so he admits he's learning as he goes along. He has been able to get Montpelier reopened and scheduled a minimum number of races with the modifieds, stock car, hornets, etc to get his feet wet. He's been successful thus far and at the urging of many he is doing a $3000 to win sprint car race Sept. 14. BOSS used to have one of their largest turn outs of both cars and fans at Montpelier so anyone who wants to see more sprint car racing here please give him your support in both car count and fan attendance. I would say it could happen but I think we will never see Gas City reopen and Montpelier could replace a couple of sprint car races in the area that we have lost.
