Yeah, $3,000,000 might be someone dreaming. There's no way anyone could make a reasonable return on their money with that high of an investment. It's tough to make money at a racetrack these days even without worrying about the capital investment. It would need to be some rich person's dream to run a track, and there's not too many opf those out there.
