I won't go to Circle City for Sprint cars, and this is my preference. All that being said the race last night was super entertaining. It looked like the entire town came out which is very cool. I love how the town of Anderson supports the "Little 500" and it is one of the reasons I hold the event in such high esteem. That town gets behind that race and makes it an event.

on the points, I think USAC used it as an experiment? They have done this before and the upcoming Bill Gardner Memorial will run MSCS format the first night (so I don't think it awards National USAC Sprint points) I don't know the specific nuances of the rules between the two organizations.

Interested if anyone knows
The one running MSCS rules is Show up points only.
The one running USAC rules and format is a full points event.
