Quick time in the USAC series was 15.463.

To be fair USAC qualified last.

But the current USAC track record is a 14.316. Zach Boden went 14.404 July 18th. The track obviously had a lot of traction that night but it was also rough and narrow. We get a night next year with the right track and a Badger-legal Midget will beat the current USAC track record.
