Why doesn't WOO have a Non-Wing Series?
Good Question: Could it work? / Could it work if USAC didn't have a sprint tour?

Heard someone ask this not to long ago and it made me think a lot about the idea of it and now I ask the question here to you guys on IOW.

Yes I know USAC has the national tour; but it did make me think a while on the pros and cons of the concept.

Could it work?
Could it work if USAC didn't have a sprint tour?
Would payouts be what they should be?
What drivers would follow the tour if those payouts where correct in todays age in racing?
What tracks would be on the schedule?
What should the championship points fund be?
How many races would be on the schedule?
What would the race format be?
Could it be successful or would WOO & World Racing Group screw it up?
What would it take for something like this to work and be a successful tour and track promoters wanting to be a part of it?
