Ballou I've criticized for his on mic condemnations of tracks and promoters but as far as being a good guy, He's tops, helps others all the time. First to say hello in the pits to fans. etc. And always one to watch on the track. Seen him come from deep many many times.

Agree with you on Bacon and KTJ. The third driver you mention, USAC was better to watch when he wasn't running. Never want to see anyone hurt, but his time off for his injury made USAC races more enjoyable to watch and attend.
